Pulse Fitness Barbados is operated by Stacey (sole trader). Our website is pulsefitnessbb.com. You can contact us at pulsefitnessbb@gmail.com.
What data we collect
We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, WhatsApp number, arrival and departure dates, location in Barbados, group size, health information, and training goals. We collect this when you submit an enquiry form, book sessions, or complete our health questionnaire. We also collect standard website analytics data (pages visited, time on site) via anonymised analytics tools.
Why we collect it
Your contact details are used to respond to your enquiry and manage your booking. Your health information is used solely to plan safe and effective training sessions tailored to you. We do not use your data for marketing unless you have explicitly opted in.
How we store it
Booking data is stored securely in Supabase (EU-hosted). Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we do not store card details. Emails are sent via Resend. Your health questionnaire responses are stored securely and accessible only to your trainer.
Third parties
We use the following third-party services: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Formspree (contact forms), and Vercel (website hosting). Each operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at pulsefitnessbb@gmail.com.
Data retention
We retain booking and health data for 3 years after your last session, after which it is securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies for analytics purposes only. No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used.
