Bookings and deposits
A £50 deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is fully redeemable against the total cost of your sessions. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice before your first session. The remaining balance is due before or at your first session.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full. In the event that your trainer needs to cancel a session, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Health and safety
Clients are required to complete a health questionnaire before their first session. It is your responsibility to inform your trainer of any changes to your health before each session. Participation in personal training sessions is at your own risk. Clients with health conditions should obtain medical clearance from their doctor before beginning training.
Location and equipment
Your trainer will come to your agreed location — villa, beach, or outdoor space — with all necessary equipment. Clients are responsible for ensuring the training space is safe and appropriate. Your trainer reserves the right to refuse training in an unsafe environment.
Package validity
Session packages are valid for the duration of your stay in Barbados as indicated at the time of booking. Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable after your departure date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Digital products
Digital products including The Barbados Method PDF are non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.
Liability
Pulse Fitness Barbados carries appropriate public liability insurance. To the extent permitted by law, liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in personal training sessions is limited to the total fees paid for the sessions in question.
Photography and testimonials
We may request permission to use photographs or testimonials for marketing purposes. We will always ask for explicit consent before using any client images or quotes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.
